About Us
We always thought that the best part of a personal training session was when the trainer stretched us out at the end. Turns out we weren’t the only ones.
We began to build a team of stretch therapists to offer assisted stretching exclusively. We looked for stretch therapists who were passionate about stretching; had an undergraduate degree in kinesiology or rigourous therapeutic training, and an empathetic nature. We found them and opened FLXME in 2018.
Our stretch therapists will happily talk your ear off about improving your quality of life by improving your range of motion. Over seventy percent of our business is referral business - our clients are believers too.
